Wildfire Credit Union Awards Two Great Auto Loan Payoff Winners

News Release Date: Jan 16, 2020

Saginaw, MI - The Great Auto Loan Payoff promotion was held throughout November and December 2019. During that time, anyone financing or refinancing their auto loan with Wildfire Credit Union was placed into a drawing for a chance to have their loan paid off, up to $50,000. There was a lot of excitement and auto loan activity during those two months.

The big day finally arrived on Wednesday, January 15 when we held the Great Auto Loan Payoff drawing in the lobby of our Bay Road office. Our lucky winner was Frank Mayes. Wildfire then made the decision to draw one more name. The second winner was Andrew Prankienas. With our two winners, were able to pay off Frank’s GMC Jimmy and Andrew’s Buick Enclave.

“What a great way to start a new year," said Tim Benecke, President and CEO of Wildfire Credit Union. "This was our first time doing the Great Auto Loan Payoff, and it was a huge success. We were happy to be able to do something this significant and have such a profoundly positive impact for two of our members.”
