Expand This Section eStatements

E-Statements are an easy way to have your statement delivered to you electronically. You also have access to your statement sooner than waiting for it to arrive in your mailbox.

If you are currently enrolled in E-Statements, simply log into your account through Online Banking, click Documents on the menu bar and choose the View eStatements option.

If you would like to apply for E-Statements, log into your account through Online Banking and enroll. Here are step by step instructions for doing so.

  • Log into your account through Online Banking
  • Click on the Documents tab on the menu bar
  • Click Sign Up for eStatements
  • Click to View and read the User Agreement
  • Click "Get Code", this will open a pdf for you to retreive your code
  • Enter the Code from the pdf in the box
  • Click Activate Now

Once you have activated the E-Statement service, you will receive the next periodic statement electronically. An e-mail notification will be sent to inform you that the E-Statement is available. You can log into online banking, click the Documents tab on the menu bar and then choose the View eStatements option.

To cancel E-Statements log into Online Banking, click on the Documents tab, click Cancel eStatements and click Cancel Now. You may also cancel E-Statements by notifying us in writing at PO Box 3285, Saginaw, MI, 48605 or calling 989-249-8200.

Expand This Section Bill Payer

Pay bills online 24/7, without having to write checks. Use our convenient Bill Payer service inside Online Banking. Once registered, you can direct the system to pay your bills whenever you want. The funds come directly from your checking account and there are no more checks to write! Vendors who can receive payments electronically generally receive your payment in 3 business days.

Bill Pay includes:

  • All of your payment history and cleared check images will record and show as payments begin to process.
  • If you have an account at another financial institution, you will be able to transfer funds from your account at the credit union to your account at your other financial institution.
  • With this upgrade, you can schedule a payment in advance of the day you need your payment to process, you’ll receive an Estimated Arrival Time when you schedule the payment.
    • Want to schedule a payment?  Just go to Payments on the top menu.
    • Need to add a new payee? Simply go to the Payee menu and go through the one-time setup.
  • For your online security, there will be a Security Key for you to create and you’ll be asked Challenge Questions during certain transactions.
  • Two more options available through Bill Pay are the ability to make charitable contributions and send gift checks.*

We encourage you to review the demo so you may familiarize yourself with the way your bill pay works.

*There is a nominal fee of $1.99 for processing charitable contributions and $2.99 for gift checks.

Expand This Section Medallion & Notary Services

The Medallion Signature Guarantee program covers securities transactions only and is available at all Wildfire Credit Union branches and with Wildfire Financial Services for all members.

The Medallion Signature Guarantee Program provides a Medallion imprint to guarantee the signature(s) of a certified owner(s) for the sale, assignment, transfer or redemption of a security such as stock, bond or mutual fund.  Also, some annuity transactions may require a Medallion Guarantee.

This program is not for use on non-security events that include, but are not limited to, account maintenance changes, beneficiary changes or authorization of wire transfers.

You will need the following when requesting a Medallion Signature Guarantee:

  • Your Wildfire account number.
  • All owners of the document being guaranteed must be present and have current government issued identification.
  • Completed documents – documents with corrections or that are incomplete cannot be guaranteed.  Please do not sign your completed form(s) as this must be done in the presence of the guarantor completing the imprint.
  • Your most recent account statement showing ownership, account number and value of the security.
  • Your stock certificate, if applicable, due to the guarantor needing to verify the current value of the stock.
  • Your letter of intent and written instructions from the brokerage firm, if applicable.  The instructions need to state what must be contained in the letter, who should sign the letter and that the signatures must be guaranteed.
  • If you are not the owner of the security but have the authority to sign for the owner we must have the appropriate proof that you can sign for the owner.  This may include Power of Attorney documents, Guardianship or Conservator papers, Trust Agreements, Letter of Authority for a deceased member and Corporate Resolutions.

Under the Medallion Signature Guarantee Program, Wildfire Credit Union may retain copies of all documents and forms examined and signed.  Wildfire may ask for additional documentation, other than listed above or consult with legal counsel, if necessary.

Wildfire Credit Union may also decline to provide a Signature Guarantee if documentation and /or forms provided are insufficient to determine the appropriate person to sign.
