You can convert your points to cash at any time for any purpose, or you can save them and use them at a later date. Don't know what you can save your points for? You can save your points towards that business trip you've been planning, travel on your own terms with no blackout dates, no restrictions or complications. Erase a transaction
Easily erase a transaction from your Wildfire Business savings, checking, or credit card loan by using your reward points. When you erase a transaction, a deposit or credit will be made to your account to match the amount of the transaction.
Make a loan payment
You can redeem your points to make payments on your Wildfire loans!

Yes. You will be able to view the history of points earned under the Rewards history page. Each row will contain the value of points earned and the source of the points. To view additional specific transaction information, click the information icon in the "Info" column.
We offer a variety of ways to redeem your points. You can choose to simply have cash back or erase a purchase on your Visa or other eligible transactions on savings or checking accounts. You can also make loan payments.

Your points will appear once the merchant posts the transaction. Merchants can post as early as the same day or over the next few days.

You can perform a cash back deposit to savings or checking to erase a fee, however there is not an option in the 'Erase a Transaction' feature to erase a fee.
Yes, you will receive a notification on your statement before your points expire.
Yes, your points will expire four years after the first of the month following the month earned. Example: the purchase was made on March 15th, 2018; the points will expire April 1st, 2022.

If you use your points to satisfy the full payment of the amount due, the system will advance the due date by one month as long as the loan is not already paid ahead into the next month.
If you use your points to make a partial payment, the system will apply it to interest, fees and then principal, the same as it would if you were to make a transfer from a savings or checking account.
No, international fees will not earn points nor are they erasable.
When you redeem points for cash back to pay on your loan, this will apply to your loan as a payment. Just like any other payment, if there is interest owing, the system will satisfy the interest owing and any fees before applying any amount to principal.
When you erase a transaction on your credit card loan, this will post as a credit to your loan and not a payment. Credits to your loan will not advance the due date. However a full payment using Cash Back redemption will advance the due date.
It depends. If the business is listed as joint on the credit card loans, then all the points can accumulate to one business. However, if the businesses are separate and are not joint on the credit card loan, then the points will not be able to be merged.
Yes, you can redirect the points to your personal rewards account if you are joint on your business loans.
