Card Features

Have you misplaced one of your cards? Want to learn how to temporarily freeze your card? Do you know how to report your card as lost or stolen? Did you know you can do this whenever and wherever by using one of our methods below?

Looking for ways to freeze your card?

  1. Log in to Online Banking or Mobile Banking.

Looking for ways to report your card as lost or stolen?

  1. By phone
  2. By visiting one of our branch locations.
  3. Or by using Online Banking or Mobile Banking.

 Freezing your card

Online Banking

  1. Sign in to Online Banking
  2. Within the menu click the option "Cards".

  3. Freeze your card by hovering the cursor over the "unlocked padlock" icon and click the "Freeze Card" button.

  4. Unfreeze your card by hovering your cursor over the "locked padlock" icon and click the "Unfreeze Card" button.

 Mobile Banking

  1. Log in to our mobile banking application
  2. Within the menu click the option "Cards".

  3. Freeze your card by toggling the switch to the right.

  4. Unfreeze your card by toggling the switch to the left.

Note: This action is effective immediately. Any attempted transactions with the frozen card will be declined.

*If you are unable to locate your card, Wildfire recommends reporting it as lost or stolen within 24 hours.

Reporting your card as lost or stolen

Online Banking

  1. Sign in to Online Banking
  2. Within the menu click the option "Cards".

  3. Click "Report Damaged / Lost" under the "Actions" drop down

  4. Answer the questions on the confirmation page to complete the deactivation process.

Mobile Banking

  1. Log in to our mobile banking application
  2. Within the menu click the option "Cards".

  3. Click "Report Lost / Stolen" under the "Available Actions" drop down

  4. Verify that you want to deactivate your card

Note: Deactivating your card will take effect immediately and is irreversible.
