Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Contact Center Representative to join our team at Wildfire Credit Union. In this role, you will attend to all telephone and electronic inquiries for members. Responsibilities
- Respond to all telephone calls, e-mails, e-messages, chats and workgroup voicemails in order to accurately address member needs
- Explain programs and services and recommend credit union products and services that support members' financial well-being
- Additional duties include maintaining and projecting the Credit Union's professional reputation and maintaining the privacy of member account information
Education
- High school graduate or equivalent
Required Knowledge
- Thorough knowledge of Credit Union services, products and procedures
- Understanding of related legal and regulatory standards
- Understanding of required accounting and loan documentation
Experience Required
- Member Service Representative and call center experience preferred, particularly in financial or service environment
Skills/Abilities
- Excellent communication and interview skills
- Professional appearance, dress, and attitude
- Ability to operate related computer applications and other business equipment
- Strong analytical and financial skills
