For over 20 years Wildfire has offered a telephone Audio Response and till this day, despite the speedy rise in technology, it remains one of our member’s favorite points of contact.

Audio Teller gives you toll-free access so you can use your phone to make account changes, get information, and answers to questions. The big perk with this service is that you can access your account anytime and anywhere, as long as you have some sort of phone service or signal.

So, if you are touring the streets of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and want to know your current account balance all you have to do is take out your phone, make sure you have a signal and give our Audio Teller system a call.

How to Get Started

  1. Dial 989-249-8205.
  2. Enter your Wildfire account number and press "#".
  3. Enter your PIN and press "#".
  4. Follow the prompts below.

Quick Codes

  • # - To return to the MAIN menu at any time.
  • 0 - To repeat the CURRENT menu.
  • * - To go to PREVIOUS menu.

Each number in the following guides is paired with a service. Press the number on your phone's keypad paired with the desired service. For example: If you are looking for Withdrawal information under "Main Menu Options" press the number on your phone it is paired with in the list, so you would click "4" for "Withdrawal" information.
