Job Description
- Attend to all telephone and electronic inquiries and transactions for members.
- Assists or refers members with any and all questions or problems that arise.
Knowledge
- Thorough knowledge of Credit Union services, products and procedures.
- Understanding of related legal and regulatory standards.
- Understanding of required accounting and loan documentation.
Experience
- Member Service Representative and call center experience preferred, particularly at a financial institution.
Education
- High school graduate or equivalent.
Skills/Abilities
- Excellent communication and interview skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment.
- Strong analytical and financial skills.
