Position: Full Time Contact Center Representative

Job Description

  • Attend to all telephone and electronic inquiries and transactions for members.
  • Assists or refers members with any and all questions or problems that arise.

Knowledge

  • Thorough knowledge of Credit Union services, products and procedures.
  • Understanding of related legal and regulatory standards.
  • Understanding of required accounting and loan documentation.

Experience

  • Member Service Representative and call center experience preferred, particularly at a financial institution.

Education

  • High school graduate or equivalent.

Skills/Abilities

  • Excellent communication and interview skills.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills.
