Saginaw Career Complex

Wildfire Credit Union was the happy host of 40 students from the Entrepreneurship Academy at the Saginaw Career Complex in an interactive, hands-on learning experience. During their visit, students explored how financial institutions support small businesses, what lenders look for in a business loan, how credit is established, and the fundamentals of personal banking. They also stepped into the role of a loan committee, evaluating business ideas and making real-world lending decisions. Wildfire has supported this program for the past six years, and it continues to be an inspiring opportunity to engage with the next generation of entrepreneurs.
