From dorm to degree, Wildfire is here to support your educational dreams. Our Trailblazer Scholarship program offers five $1,000 awards to help power your educational pursuits — because every trail deserves a strong start.
The Specifics
- Application time frame: March 1 to April 30, 2026.*
- Eligible schools include: universities, colleges, trade, vocational, and technical schools**
- Wildfire will select 5 applicants to receive one $1,000 scholarship each.
Application Process
It's time to set out on your trail and submit an application! Just be sure to follow the steps below.
Step 1
Essay
Please submit a 200-500 word essay answering one of the following questions:
- Describe a time when you chose an unconventional path or idea and pursed it. What motivated you, and what did you learn from taking the initiative?
- What is a positive change you hope to spark in your community or academic environment, and how do you plan to lead that change?
Step 2
Documentation
Complete your application with the following documents provided:
- Photo identification
- A copy of your acceptance letter from an eligible school
- A copy of your most recent transcript
- Completed Essay‡
Winners:
- Winners will be contacted via email on May 15, 2026
- Scholarships will be paid to your Wildfire account‡‡
- Winners have 30 days to respond and receive their funds—if we do not receive a response, the scholarship will be forfeited and another winner will be selected
