Walleye for Warriors

True to the Saginaw Bay walleye fishing tradition, Wildfire Credit Union was proud to sponsor the 2026 Walleyes for Warriors event. Hosted annually by the Bay City Elks Lodge No. 88, Walleyes for Warriors honors local veterans by pairing them with volunteer boaters for a weekend of recreational fishing and camaraderie on the water. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the veterans who participated, as well as the Bay City Elks Lodge for organizing and hosting this outstanding event. We’re honored to support a tradition that celebrates service, community, and the great outdoors.
