Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will create visually compelling content for digital and print platforms while also supporting video production and leveraging AI-powered creative tools to improve efficiency, generate concepts, and enhance content quality. This role requires strong design skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design engaging graphics and layouts for marketing materials, advertisements, social media, websites, presentations, signage, and print collateral
  • Create and edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, promotions, training, and brand campaigns
  • Use AI design tools to assist with concept generation, image enhancement, background removal, copy variations, workflow automation, and creative ideation
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to develop visual campaigns aligned with company goals
  • Maintain brand consistency across all graphic, video, and digital assets
  • Capture, edit, and optimize video footage, motion graphics, and animations
  • Prepare final files for print, web, social media, and video distribution
  • Stay current with design trends, AI tools, video platforms, and creative best practices
  • Manage multiple deadlines and prioritize projects effectively

Knowledge

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Multimedia Designer, or similar creative role
  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, branding, and video editing work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools
  • Experience using AI creative platforms such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Midjourney, or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of social media content formats and digital marketing design
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Education/Certification

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design.

Experience Required

  • Experience with motion graphics and animation preferred
  • Knowledge of UI/UX or web design principles preferred
  • Photography and videography experience preferred
